Before you start

You need access to the platform and a compatible script or installation file. These steps explain the platform workflow; they are not instructions for an unreleased Trendwick product.

Installation steps

1. Confirm the product is compiled for your terminal: MT4 and MT5 files are not interchangeable.
2. In the desktop terminal, choose File → Open Data Folder. Use MQL4 for MT4 or MQL5 for MT5, then Indicators or Experts as appropriate.
3. Copy the supplied file into the correct folder. Refresh the Navigator or restart the terminal, then attach the tool to a chart.
4. Review all inputs and permissions. Begin on a demo account. Enable algorithmic trading only when required by the product and when you intend to allow order execution.

Before using a live account

Verify the symbol, timeframe, permissions and inputs. Review the product’s limitations and test on a demo account. Software can fail; keep independent risk controls.
