The tool does not appear

Check the account, delivery method and supported platform. MT4, MT5 and cTrader files are not interchangeable. Refresh the relevant tool list after installation.

The chart looks different

Compare the symbol, data feed, session timezone, timeframe and input settings. Different market feeds can produce different chart values.

An automated tool is not running

Check the tool logs, account permissions and platform connection. Only enable trading permissions after reviewing the setup guide. Do not share broker passwords with support.
