Information we collect
Trendwick FZE LLC collects your email and consent when you request product updates, and your name, email, enquiry topic and message when you contact us. We use those details to provide the updates you requested or respond to your enquiry.
Storage and access
Enquiries and subscriptions are stored in our website database, hosted by Cloudflare. Access to the management dashboard is restricted to the administrator. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers. Authentication and essential site services may use cookies.
Your choices and retention
Product-update consent is optional and separate from support. You can unsubscribe using the link shown after signing up, or contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or to withdraw consent. We retain enquiries for up to 12 months after resolution and subscriptions until you unsubscribe. Enquiry removal is managed manually. Use the contact form for privacy requests; we may need to verify that a request relates to your information.
Recruitment applications
When you apply for a role, we collect your contact details, résumé, self-introduction video, optional portfolio and cover note, and screening answers. Trendwick uses these to review your application and manage recruitment. Job and question details are retained with your submission. Applications, résumés and videos are stored in our database and private file storage with administrator-only access. Email notifications, when configured through Resend, contain the role and application reference, not your CV. Applications, résumés, videos, screening answers, notes and stage history expire one calendar month after submission. Expired records are inaccessible and are deleted by the retention cleanup. The administrator can delete them earlier. Keep your own copies; administrator exports and downloads are separate copies that the administrator must also delete by the same deadline. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion. Recruitment consent is separate from product updates.
